There is no public water or sewer in this area. This cozy little cabin has a lot of wildlife visitors and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bathroom has a compostable toilet with a vent. There are a couple of cute little decks for enjoying the beautiful sunsets of the San Luis Valley. There is also a small storage shed for all your storage needs. This cabin really must be seen as it is a hidden little treasure. This is a perfect little hideaway.
