It's easy to make this your own piece of Colorado because the first part of the work is already done! The driveway is not only cut in, it is lined with boulders and leads up and around a small curve to a cleared area ready to park an RV or build a house. A septic has been installed and never used, power runs along Wild Horse Drive which is about .05 from the lot line. Water can be via an 'indoor use only' well (not dug) or through the use of a cistern. Water may be purchased and brought back to the property where it will gravity feed into a buried cistern. The views here are incredible as the house pad is oriented towards the Sangre de Cristo mountain range. Here, sometimes the morning sun looks like it is on fire with its brilliant red hues and in the evening, as the sun sets in the west, oftentimes these mountains turn a gorgeous shade of pink.
