Carol Hoffman came highly recommended to us by a colleague when they found out we were relocating to Denver. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in Denver as well as the surrounding suburbs. We were a little pressed for time due to the fact that we are still living in Los Angeles and she was able to show us a range of houses over the course of three days that not only our needs but our "wants" too.
We found our home but went to see one more house before making an offer. Then we almost put an offer on the last one, before changing our minds back to the home that we bought. When I say almost make an offer, I mean that Carol had basically written up the offer before we changed our minds about the house. Carol was so patient with us and and truly just wanted us to be happy. She did not pressure us AT ALL and was gracious about writing a second offer. She was great negotiating since like most homes in Denver, this one had multiple offers.
She also was full service, helping us by being there for different aspects of the houses sale that would be difficult for us since we were still living in California.
